受灾情况（Disaster situation）

受台风白海豚的影响，灵天电气上海生产基地遭遇严重洪灾，河水回流，一小时内淹没了工厂。

Affected by Typhoon dolphin, Linsky Shanghai factory suffered severe flooding,with river water backflowing and submerging the facility within an hour.

救援与损失（Rescue and Loss）

尽管政府和有关部门迅速赶到现场协助救灾，但损失仍然巨大。

Although the government and relevant departments promptly arrived to assist in disaster relief, the losses were still enormous.

恢复与致歉（Recovery / apology）

洪水已经退去，我们正在积极恢复：清理货物和修理机械，以尽量减少损失，目标是尽快发货。对于给您带来的不便，我们深表歉意！如果您有任何要求，请随时与我们联系。
